This is a prelude in a way to the Reaper series, our first introduction to the MC’s, Ryder King and their women.

It’s a shorter novella, but it’s a good read and has you hooked from the beginning.

Rebel and Sophie were never supposed to meet, but destined to do so anyway.
So many people and situations kept them separated, warnings given and ignored.
The chemistry was to strong.
This is their story.

Sophie's life is one of misery because her father commands the army base and has told the soldiers what he would do if they went near his daughter. As a result, Sophie has no dates or anyone willing to risk the wrath of her father. It all changes when the Twisted Reapers MC comes to town. Rebel has been told to steer clear of the Colonel's daughter, but fate will have them meeting. They are drawn to each other and when traffickers infiltrate their town, the Twisted Reaper comes to the rescue and with changes the outcome of Sophie and her mother's lives. This action-packed story kept me glued to the pages and cheering for Rebel and Sophie!

I enjoyed this book as I have with the last few by this author but this book is a bit lacking in the way things were betrayed as anyone else around would have been able to tell the father was involved with something illegal. He had a personal driver... that's not possible to afford with the job he had. His personal driver even drove his daughter to work and home 🙄. No way. You don't get rich being in the military. Trust me I know that very well.

Putting that aside the book was decent. I'll probably read the next one to see if it's more believable and if so I might even read the series.

Rebel meets Sophie when he comes to King’s Point with his Twisted Reaper MC. Rebel comes into the restaurant with his brother’s but there isn’t a table available for him and Jet. So they approach a both with three ladies and ask them if they can sit. When they introduce themselves Sophie says her name is Elizabeth, but he knows she is lying. Rebel is warned to stay away from Sophie Lee, she is Colonel Rick Lee’s daughter. When Sophie gets home she is warned by her father to stay away from the biker gang that is arriving in town. Sophie works at the local bar in town and her father makes sure she has a ride to and from work. When Rebel gets to the bar with his brother’s Jet and Flash who are watching over the town. He sees she is struggling behind the bar and offers his help. After the last customers leave he asks her if they can talk. She tells him to follow her and she will escape. When she gets home she heads out back of her house but through the window hears her father talking to some General on the phone. She feels the conversation is odd. When she gets to Rebel she tells him of the conversation. She asks him to take her someplace away, someplace her father can’t find her. Rebel has a little hidden place on the outside of town. She confesses everything her father has done. He tells her what he went through when he was under her father as a solider. They make a plan to tell her father she’s been kidnapped and hide away for several days. They confess their love to one another and he asks her to come back with him to Washington. He tells her she can continue her studies in Law he wants her by his side. When Rebel takes Sophie back home her parents are unfazed at her return then dismiss him. Sophie stand up to them, but her father tries to put them in their place. It’s when the brother’s of the Twisted Reapers MC come and stand with Rebel that he backs down. Rebel tells her father they all know what he did and he is being arrested for his crimes. Three months later Sophie is headed to Washington to start her new life with Rebel. He takes her to introduce her to all his family. The introductions take to long so Rebel tells everyone it will have to wait. He takes her to his place and tells her to unpack later. He has a different kind of welcome home in mind.

This book should be a movie

Since I worked for the Army for thirty years, I stopped watching military movies for a while so commenting this book should be a movie is a compliment from me. It has military bearing, intrigue, abuse, fear and treason. Probably more could be included. Rebel was dishonorably discharged from the service for not following orders and leaving his team to get killed. Sophie, a daughter to the commanding Colonel, has had a sheltered life by her overbearing father. Rebel is a member of a MC, who were all military members, who were fed up by things they saw and did. They were out to help the people. Sophie worked as a bar tender but was chauffeured to and from work, the men were told she was off limits. Her friend Nova has gone missing, just the night before Rebel and the guys made it to town. You'll have to read the book to see what they went through to get her back and how the whole story unfolds. It's really a good book. Written by Cindy :)

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary- and honest review.

In this book we meet Sophia Lee & Rebel. When this book opens we find that Sofia's dad who is the colonel of the base they are at has put her on lock down. But with the new bikers coming to town she just might get a chance to find out what she really wants. Rebel is back in this town to get the monkey of issues off his back. The thing is when he first gets to town he meets an amazing woman he can't forget but he knows she isn't telling him everything. Can these really resolve their issues to find a HEA or will outside forces make sure that never happens?

Amazing story by this author. There is so much more I want to tell you about this book but don't want to ruin it for others. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I know I keep writing the same review over and over for this series, I'm just soin love,obsessed and addicted to it. I really can't put them down from start to finish.

These are fantastic, inspiring, sweet and sexy, instalove short stories written by various different authors. They tug (no rip) at your heart strings and set off almost every emotion possible.

They have great characters that are realistically flawed, emotionally broken, physically damaged and have demons but they are beautiful, determined, dedicated, fun, strong, committed, loyal, loving and by various means find that special someone who makes them feel alive and whole again, then they heal and finally get their Happily Ever Afters!!

I highly recommend this series. I haven't been disappointed yet and it's for a great cause. I can't wait to start the next one!! Happy Reading!!!!

When fate has Rebel and Sophie crossing paths, the sparks fly and there is ain instant attraction between them. This is a well written story which has emotions, intrigue, suspense, danger, family, friendships, angst, action, and love, which leads to a steamy all-consuming page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

This is a new multi author series which apparently includes 61 books. This book is Stella Andrews and my fav so far. I love the way Stella writes. This story is about Rebel and Sophie. Sophie has a very controlling father. He treats her like one of his men. He’s the Army Commander at the base they live at. He’s taken care of her virtue by warning every soldier but Rebel isn’t a soldier, he’s a member of the Twisted Reapers MC who has comes to town. They meet and are connected right away but traffickers also show up in town everything changes. I loved the drama and suspense. I was compelled to keep reading. A good story.

I love Stella’s Reapers story and here we meet Ryder, Snake, Brewer and a few of the members we all know and love. This story is about Rebel and Sophie meeting and falling in love. The club is on a mission to the town housing Ryders old academy and commander Colonel Lee, Sophie’s father. Rebel was also at the academy and he and the colonel definitely don’t see eye to eye. Ryder and the club are there to break up a sex trafficking ring which Sophie’s friend Nova gets caught up in.
Really enjoyed this story and only wish it was a bit longer, another great book.

Part of a series (Heart of a Wounded Hero). Rebel comes back to Kings Point with old memories of lies and betrayal. He has the Twisted Reapers with him as they have some things to handle. Sophie is a prisoner of her very strict upbringing. No freedom for her but in comes Rebel and Lord his name says it all. He bucks all the rules and falls for Sophie. This story is angsty turns, dramatic twists and smexy.

Another great book by Stella

My only complaint was that i read it so quickly and i had nothing good lined up, to follow it.

For anyone who follows Stella we are already familiar with Twisted Reapers and Ryder. If you’re not, honestly, why not? If you liked this one, you will love 💕 the others.

I liked Sophies spirit and you just knew Rebel was exactly that 😂

First time author

This was my first book from this author and I really enjoyed the book it had everything you'd want in a story, I'm so glad her father got punched out by Ryder he so deserved it and then some. A all around great book and I've already downloaded Ryders hoping his book is just as good.

I love the interwoven characters of the Twisted Reaper MC. Each time I read one of Ms. Andrew's books, I want to go back and remeet the hot lost souls on the biker compound. Rebel was railroaded and luckily found his rightful place. I felt he came full circle, and Sophie was his reward.

Well That Was Unexpected

I don't read the blurb of the book much. Probably cause I want to the least about a book I am about to spend time in. So, I am kind of glad that I read blind read this one. I am not big into MC romance. Just not my thing but this had a twist that I wasn't sure how it was going turn out.

Rebel and Sophie have been warned against the other but when they meet they know they can't stay away. Their connection, whatever is drawing them together is to great. When they realize they have a common threat will their new beginning get stronger or will they not be able to take what's coming?

Man I really loved this story.
Sophie's dad is a horrible piece of work.

I loved how protective Rebel is of Sophie and I loved how their love conquered all.

Rebel was such a strong, sweet hero. He loved hard and fast, no matter what. He saw Sophie and knew he couldn't let her go. This was an awesome story.

His only instruction from the Twisted Reaper president is stay away from the Colonel's daughter, Sophie as the bikers plan to stop the Colonel and his illegal activities. However, when Rebel meets Sophie their chemistry is fierce and instant. The Reapers use Sophie as bait to bring down the Colonel. A short, hot and steamy tale.

Hopeless Romantic

Rebel and Sophie’s love story is different and so good. It’s a sad story line about human trafficking that really happens in the world today.

Oooo, this story about made me feral. I could see what was happening, but that mission that got Rebel DD'ed ... dam that was rough. I'll be reading the rest of the Twisted Reapers soon.

Absolutely love the newest book in Heart of a Wounded Heroes series. Rebel and Sophie are meant to be together because of her father they are not supposed to get together, but when these two get together their story will have you cheering for their happily ever after. New to Stella's books and already a fan.
